Let's give this a shot...

Hi! Welcome to my very first attempt at blogging. For those of you who don’t know me, I am Paige Gary- owner and creator of Paige Gary Designs llc. I have an endearing passion for design because design is in everything! I would love to share this passion with all of you by blogging. So, what is a blog? By definition, a blog is a frequently updated online personal journal or diary. It’s a place to share thoughts and passions. And I hope to do just that!!

My mission is to provide you with an educational tool to help you understand and appreciate the process of building, renovating, or decorating a home- cause it’s not that simple! What will I talk about? In a nutshell, my “series” of blog posts will take you step by step through the planning, constructing, and decorating of a VERY special home. I’ll tell you more about why this home is so special in a later post… SO exciting!

My goal is to post on a weekly basis so that you can see all of the decisions made along the way. There are SO many plans and preparations that were made even before we poured the slab, but some calls must be made on the jobsite. This is why you should choose a builder that visits their jobsites VERY frequently. Speaking of builders… I was so happy to be selected by Jamie Leger of Eagle Nest Custom Homes to help with the design selections of this very special home. And can I just say.. he is the easiest, most talented builder I have worked with!

This home is being built as a spec (speculative) home. This means that there is no homeowner employing us to build it for them… it’s for sale!!
